• Late returns may incur additional charges.
• Damage to the vehicle during the rental period will be charged as per company policy.

5. Cancellations
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Liability
Lucent Carz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.

7. Intellectual Property

💰 3. Refund & Cancellation Policy — Lucent Carz Private Limited

1. Booking Cancellations
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup time: 100% refund (minus payment gateway fees).
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup: 50% refund.
• No-show (customer fails to pick up the vehicle): No refund.
2. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, subject to payment gateway processing times.
3. Modification of Booking
Customers may request to modify booking time or vehicle type subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
4. Service Cancellations by Lucent Carz
If Lucent Carz cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown), a full refund will be issued or an alternative vehicle provided.
5. Disputes
All refund-related disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.
